The hotel had amazing food, with an excellent chef. the location in a small village on the outskirts of Salzburg was perfect. Public transport to Salzburg was comfortable and there were picturesque walks nearby.

It was convenient for the Salt Mines at Hallstein and the Werfen ice caves. It was comfortable and quiet and we slept very well.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices and excellent service. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with some even having a nice balcony. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious, with good quality ingredients and even some home-made food.

None of the details seemed to be lacking, everything was ok.

it's a pretty big guesthouse, with a in-house restaurant that seems to also act as the town get-together place. every thursday they have a local music night sort of thing, where all the staff and youth from town dress in traditional dirndls and lederhosen and do traditional dance etc. in the dining hall.

the rooms are too small, not too clean, the mattress badly sagging, very dark (poor lighting), totally old, worn-down sofa that is impossible to sit comfortably on. we stayed for three full weeks, which was a really long stay, the hotel staff were nice enough but not too nice as to extend their services of any kind (i.e. offers for discounts, upgrade to better room, etc..), i think the reason being that they are a 'guesthouse' but a bit too big a 'business' to have the old family-run-business hospitality you usually experience in these small town guesthouses.

The hotel is close to city. There is a mini playground for kids.

Price to high for offer. The breakfast quite light for the money paid.

Rooms are quiet and clean with comfortable beds and a traditional character. the breakfast is satisfying with rich food on offer.

The staff here lacks basic empathy and understanding when it comes to dealing with emergencies.

We had a great weekend in a cozy small village near both the mountains and the city. The views from our room were amazing, and the quality and variety of the breakfast were impressive. We enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails, as well as skiing areas and cultural attractions. Another great aspect was the kindly service we got from the staff.

The bells ringing from the nearby church, which can disturb light sleepers, especially in the early morning. However, this can be seen as an opportunity to get up early and start exploring the surroundings.

Spending Xmas in this hotel was great fun. the staff was very helpful and arranged for a bonfire for the guests. the hotel was also located close to the local market for easy shopping and to the train station to visit nearby attractions. the free WiFi was a plus.

The hotel was located close to a busy road which made it quite noisy during the day, and the lack of soundproof windows did not help with that. the room was quite small and cramped, making it hard to move around freely.
